Superb Location
"The house was spacious and in a superb location, right in the centre of the valley. The yard was lovely. The kitchen and laundry rooms were well equipped. The third restroom was not very useful, being located at the far end of the house, so it seemed like two bedrooms share a bathroom. Was Okay...
"The Sunshine Times house is was okay, however many of the light fixtures and power sockets did not work. Not sure of the name as the house seemed quite dark inside to us. Some of the furniture is quite worn out (particularly the leather couch) and the 'two twin bed room' really is one bed with a matress on the floor. On a more positive side, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we need and the house location was fairly central as we expected. Elegant Perfection..celebration At It's Finest.
"Loved the layout,the pool and spa,steam shower..the spacious well equipped kitchen,BBq,and the outdoor furniture with well stocked fruit trees.equipped with a juicer..Wow We had some difficulty setting up our ipod into the sound system, but again Chris brought over the essential connection cord..the main phone in the bar kept playing Edelweiss..we couldn't seem to stop it.. Nate spent much time coaching us in what we might be looking for, but Chris gave us a whole afternoon of his time finally finding us our dream home..He went well beyond the expectations of a property manager.We felt we were on a reality TV show in a quest for the perfect home to celebrate a 40th with our family..He made the right calls and made it happen for us." - Home: Casa Conejo

"This house was amazing! perfect location, secluded and quiet but close to civilization.
pool and hot tub were great and heated. beds were super comfortable, house was spacious and had great light, however, that woke me up early but it was ok because we are early birds anyway. kitchen was very convenient with all the appliances needed. I would for sure rent this house again.

Beautiful Home - Great Location!
"This house is decorated beautifully, clean and has every convenience of home you could wish to find in a rental property. The beds are super comfortable and the pool is gorgeous. Location is close to everything but also on a nice, quiet street. Definitely recommend (I already have and I also plan to go back soon). Perfect Fit - Attention To Detail
"We really enjoyed the fact that everything was spacious and nice. We did not actually take advantage of all the house had to offer, but it was nice to know that it was there. The second living room was huge and the bar was nice, we just never really used it. The grounds were nice, pool looked great, plenty of fun to be had here. The bedrooms were all really nice, resort quality. Justin was very helpful with the reservation and answered all my questions. Private Home With Beautiful Decor
"We have rented this facility several times now and really love it. Private rooms with lots of bathrooms, and a wonderfully sized jacuzzi. The pool was resurfaced and is nice and smooth. Great retreat location, go to your room for some quiet, or meditate in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Suggestions: would like more plates for serving a crew. We have to bring paper plates for meals and would rather just wash existing plates. Sharpen the knives. Property managers here were great!" - Home: Vista Morocco

Loved Every Minute, It Was Great
"From the moment we walked into this home, it was clean and comfortable. We needed nothing and loved every minute. While there, Palm Springs had its worst wind storm in years. The pool and backyard were a mess and a leak occurred on the roof of the casita. The property mgrs were professional, quick to respond, and the backyard and pool were clean and sparkling and ready for our post-wedding bbq in a matter of hours. We'd return without hesitation and recommend this home and company to everyone. It was GREAT!! A suggestion? Better lighting (for makeup) in the bathrooms and a fan in the bathroom off the master bedroom (corner of kitchen) - just because it got pretty damp in there after a shower. Those are minor and did not negatively affect our stay in any way. We really loved everything about this house. "Renting this property thru vacation palm springs was very easy and smooth. The house was as pictured. There was 5 couples at this place and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The house was fully stocked and had tons of linens and towels. The location was a 15min walk to downtown palm springs which was very conveinent. Wonderful Modern Retreat
"Updated, state-of-the-art, and modern home, made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The backyard and pool area was just another extension of the home and was very inviting as well. Our experience was excellent. Overall our experience was beyond our expectations. We are very happy. It is hard to think of any ways our stay could have been any better. "My friends and I stayed at the VG over the summer and had a fantastic experience. The privacy afforded by its location is impeccable. The kitchens/tiki bar were fantastic. The pool refreshing in the hot summer months. The sauna inside was nice as well. The location is about a 15 min walk to the downtown Palm Springs strip which was very convenient. We will definitely keep this place on our radar for a next visit. Poolside Las Palmas - A Perfect Getaway!
"This mid-century Palm Springs house not only housed 12 comfortably, each with their own private spaces, but the outdoor areas with a putting green, chess, fire pit, ping pong table, and of course the beautiful pool made this a perfect setting for a large family gathering. We felt so at home here want to come back! We would have loved more of a history of the home with early photos in the welcome book. Also, the looseleaf binder could have included more local information such as addresses of the nearest hospital, list of restaurants, and attractions (library, art museums, etc) for example.(Thank you for your feedback. There is a binder at the property that includes history of the house plus a list of local recommended restaurants. Our website also has a very comprehensive guide to Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Thank you. -Travis in Property Management.) We had a very positive experience with the rental staff at Vacation Palm Springs and their property managers. Relaxing Vacation
"We really enjoyed the oudoor living. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and warmed just right. We felt like the bathroom linens needed to be a better quality. Two of the beds were very low to the ground making it hard on we older folks to get in and out. The pots and pans for the kitchen were very poor quality and unusable in my opinion. Thank you for your feedback, we will make a recommendation to the property owner to update the cookware and linens-Travis in Property Management. We only needed them once to bring us more propane for the outside heater. They were there and replaced the bottle in just a matter of a few minutes. Excellent service!" - Home: Old World Charm

A Wonderful Christmas Holiday
"This was our first time staying in the north end of Palm Springs and we were not disappointed. We arrived at 3pm and entered the gate and lock box codes with no problems. Within minutes our Christmas vacation was fully underway. We enjoyed the private pool and spa in addition to the townhome itself which was all that we could have wished for. We received excellent service prior to our arrival via email, important as we live in the UK and didn't wish to spend time on the phone. Once we were in residence, we extended our stay. We visited the office and hoped to meet Justin (who had been handling our reservation) but he was off work that day. The other members of the team, although busy, quickly helped us with the paperwork with no delays or loose ends. Many thanks again for that!!!
