For more than ten years, Rob Kincaid and Rick Hutcheson, our company's founders, have been active real estate investors in Palm Springs. The resulting property management firm, Vacation Palm Springs, originated from our owner's initial desire to manage their own properties with the belief that their successful marketing and business management backgrounds provided highly transferable skills that could lead to maximum rental results.

Today, more than ten years later, this intention and desire continues to generate exceptional results for hundreds of homeowner clients, real estate buyers, sellers and guests and renters who rent or buy properties from our companies each year.

So our two founders left corporate executive level jobs in marketing, business development and publishing fields to embark on an adventure of residential real estate investing. Since 1999 and continuing today, our company's leadership has successfully bought and managed dozens of properties in the area, leading to a natural progression to one of the largest property management and real estate combination companies in the Palm Springs area.
